Ivie Osaghae (she /they) is a strategist with a love of culture, good stories, funny tweets and a problem to solve. For the last seven years Ivie served frontline organizations fighting for racial, educational and gender justice. One of her greatest achievements to date is organizing alongside formerly incarcerated women to win a community-led process to close and repurpose the millions spent annually to maintain the Atlanta City Detention Center. Since joining ReFrame, Ivie shifted her work to use data-driven technology to untangle complex issues in politics and culture. Ivie believes the ability to change the future lies in the power of our stories and magic happens when you find your people and create a movement.
