Dulce Rojas (she/her/ella) born in Mexico City and raised in Long Island, New York. Dulce is a cancer guerrera who puts heart and passion in everything she does. Her work with SEPA Mujer Inc. led her to work on various local and state-wide campaigns such as winning to restore drivers license access, fair wages, language access, violence against women, and immigrant's rights. Most recently her work with Voto Latino based in Washington D.C focused on the 2020 Elections including building a new distributed organizing program to mobilize more than 7,000 volunteers across the country to engage more than 2.3 million voters of color. Since then she has received various recognitions and today actively serves on 2 Long Island-based Advisory Boards. In her free time, she enjoys some good old fashion karaoke and walking her spunky 3 yr old Yorkie Bernie Sanders Mendez.
