Sushma Sheth Ray

Sushma (she/her/hers) is Chief Change Officer at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Prior to joining the century-old institution advocating for sexual and reproductive rights, Sushma served as senior executive at Accenture advising Fortune 100 companies, governments, and NGOs to face strategic, culture, and leadership challenges. Originally from Miami, she helped build Miami Worker Center, Right the the City Alliance, and other local and national coalitions for progressive power. Sushma serves on the National Council of Graywolf Press, senior advisor to National Domestic Workers Association's NDWA Labs, and visiting faculty at Harvard Kennedy School. Named Paul and Daisy Soros New American Fellow, Center for Public Leadership Dubin Fellow, Miami Fellow, and one of Miami’s Power Women, Sushma earned her undergraduate degree from Brown University and graduate degrees from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and Harvard Kennedy School. She lives between Brooklyn and Miami with her partner and puppy.
